Alex is an experienced trial litigator whose private practice focuses on consumer protection, bankruptcy, and domestic law cases. Alex has litigated multiple consumer-driven class action lawsuits, leading to changes in Kentucky law and the return of millions of dollars in wrongfully collected fees. Alex, who served as a Covington City Commissioner from 2000 through 2006, is the youngest elected Commissioner in the City’s history. Alex lives in Ft. Mitchell with his wife, Emily, and their four children.
