Under Kentucky law, the responsibilities of my office include serving as the legal adviser to the Campbell County Fiscal Court, collecting court-ordered child support payments, and prosecuting all misdemeanor crimes in the county, including DUIs, assaults, bad checks, thefts, juvenile offenses, and a multitude of other statutory offenses.
As an elected public servant, I take these duties seriously. My team and I know that doing our jobs has a dramatic impact on our community.
